Please add us to your ‘contacts’ list on your email account so our email is not blocked.
It is ultimately the client’s responsibility to assure possible correspondence by following this procedure. If you do not receive your reservation confirmation from us within 6 hours of your payment, please email us and we will resend your confirmation manually.
If you have made a reservation, you should receive a payment verification from PayPal and a reservation confirmation from Taste Florence. Occasionally, guests do not receive their reservation confirmation, as it gets blocked as spam.
