1 to 10 minutes late:
No problem — head to Fratelli Zanobini wine bar asap. Your guide waits until 10 minutes from the start time. Click here for a map link.
11 to 20 minutes late:
The 2nd tour stop is just around the corner so follow this link from the meeting point to the Forno (bakery).
21 to 35 minutes late:
Now your guide should be inside
the Mercato Centrale so you should head inside to Nerbone. Click here for a map to go from the bakery to Nerbone. (hint: bottom level, near the florist)

45 to 65 minutes late:
After Nerbone, we'll be darting around to several spots. If you are more than 35 minutes late, please go to Sugarello (in the fish section of the Mercato Centrale). We usually arrive there around 10:45/11:00am. (hint: bottom floor, near multiple fruit & veggie vendors)
Over 70 minutes late:
If you don't find meet up with us by 11:10am:
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate late arrivals
due to logistics, and no refunds can be offered.

No - shows will not be refunded.
If you alert us more than 12 hours prior to your tour we may be able to move you to another date, pending availability.
