WHAT IF A TOUR IS CANCELLED?
So far, we haven’t had to cancel any online tours.
On rare occasions, we must cancel our local food tour (a pipe bursting in the Mercato, severe snow storm, or other serious logistical problem may cause a cancellation).
If we were to cancel one, we would do so in advance and offer a full refund (or an alternate tour date for guests who want to rebook).
It is very important that guests furnish a phone number or the name of their hotel, in case we need to contact you for any such reason.
Important Covid Update:
WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY FOR YOUR TOURS?
GROUP TOURS IN 2024:
Cancellations made 30 days or more before the tour date will incur a small fee (10% of your deposit). The reason for this fee is to cover office staff and card/bank fees.
Cancellations made 14 days to 29 days before the tour date will incur a small fee (your 20% of your total). The reason for this fee is to cover office staff and card/paypal fees.

HOW DO I FIND THE MEETING POINT?
Our meeting points are in centrally located areas of the city. We provide a map link for our meeting points and an address, upon reservation confirmation.
When in doubt, call or WhatsApp us, or email us if you are unsure about your meeting point.
I'M STAYING IN THE COUNTRYSIDE. SHOULD I DRIVE INTO TOWN?
Whenever possible, we recommend taking a train or bus into the city. Parking is limited and expensive and most cars are not allowed to drive or park in the city center and often get ticketed. Trains and buses arrive at the central station (Stazione Firenze Santa Maria Novella), which is a 10-15 minute walk to our meeting points.
