The First Food Tour in Town
Taste Florence is the Original food tour of Florence, Italy. This four hour tasting experience has been written up in the Boston Globe, The Dallas Morning News, Fodor's, The Washington Post, and the Toronto Star, and featured on Voice of America, Deutsche Welle, The CBC and MTV. Over 14 years of experience mean we're ready to give you the tour you've been dreaming of.
No museums, no churches. This tour is all about food and wine. Taste the best of Florence as we visit local markets, shops and culinary artisans, all in places chosen for their historic & culinary importance. You’ll learn lots while having fun and savoring each bite.
You will have a memorable and delicious day when you join a Taste Florence Food Tour. Taste wine and cheese, breads, pastries, salumi, crostini, balsamic vinegars, olive oils and seasonal specialties – all included in the ticket price. You won’t need lunch after, but you’ll have a food coma for sure.
Our food tours are a series of food tastings, with a wine tasting included. We walk from point to point- tasting, learning, and savoring in each spot. Sometimes you’ll sit, sometimes you’ll stand, but you’ll rarely walk more than 15 minutes between stops. Florence is flat and pretty small, so this is a user-friendly walking food tour.
Group tours are available Monday-Saturday mornings, and are conducted in English. Starting at $109 per guest.
Since this is a particularly busy tour season, we want to be sure you have timely access to reservations, so the best option for signing up is directly through the automated reservation calendar, in case we are away from the computer for several hours on a tour and unable to answer last minute or urgent requests. Book online or simply browse available dates through FareHarbor ticketing. This will allow you to book directly at any time, and to pay with by credit card.
